ENYYSA Risk Management Registration System

On September 13, 2004, Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association adopted a Risk Management Policy in order to: communicate guidelines and related materials that are intended to foster safe experiences and initiating risk management registration and background checks for adults participating in US Youth Soccer activity through its affiliated member organizations.

Therefore adults participating in ENYYSA sanctioned activities must complete a Disclosure Statement. This is an on-line system for adults to complete their Disclosure Statements. Click on your League below to learn more and register.
